This very old bubble of gas was cast off by a dying star long ago. This object is probably one of the dimmest nebulae in the gallery. The name is derived from the Perek & Kohoutek catalogue of planetary nebulae. The number following the "PK" represents this object's galactic coordinates.

SBIG ST7E CCD camera with color filter wheel

L R G B color production was used to create this image.

L = 30 minutes binned 2x2
 Red = 10 minutes binned 2x2
 Green = 10 minutes binned 2x2
 Blue = 20 minutes binned 2x2
