Image Galleries: Caelum Observatory Events (Cincinnati Workshop)

This is where the workshop was held at the Cincinnati Observatory Center.

This is the Merz und Mahler 11" Refractor that is in the same building. The Cincinnati Observatory is the oldest in the nation and this telescope is one of the oldest still in use today.

The other building shown above houses an Alvan Clark 16" Refractor. The observatory was dedicated in 1843 by former president John Quincy Adams.

This is the room we used for the workshop.
